Company premises On 27.02.1939, the company was founded by the families Stötzel and Rath in
Kreuztal-Ferndorf for the production of sheet metal goods with a welding shop.
We started with the production of welded parts for wood gas generators, pipes
and pipelines for furnaces, accessory parts for concrete mixers, agriculture
equipment like ploughs, rollers, etc. as well as air vessels and steel boilers.

| 1993 | Ulrich Blaschke joins the company as managing partner. Discontinuation of steel construction; redesign of special container construction, pipe moulding as well as high-pressure container construction. Expansion of steel container construction. |
| 1994 | Start of production in hall 1. Inauguration of the individual pressure equipment construction sector. Production program in the pipe component sector is expanded. |
