Sandblasting Vessel DoKa

The DoKa blast tanks are used for continuous work around the clock in automatically operated blasting systems.

They can be equipped with a head, various conical heads and a wide range of outlets and connections.

In our production we manufacture sandblasting containers with:

  • 40/40 - 300/300 litre volume
  • 6 - 12 bar pressure
  • 408 - 800 mm diameter
  • C-steels and stainless steels
  • all standard connections and individual connections
  • optionally on a chassis or in a standing, suspended or forklift-mounted installation

Additional Options

To customise the sandblasting pot to your requirements, you can add a range of additional options.

Drawing of the internal pipework with two pipes positioned and connected at right angles to each other

Internal pipework

Integrate precisely fitting pipework to close the vessel with a pop-up.

Drawing of a cross-section of a larger funnel with a wide opening at the bottom and a sieve inserted in it. Above this is a lid with a handle on the upper side for optional closure of the funnel

Funnels, sieves & lids

Filter out coarse particles during filling and protect the blasting material from dust and moisture.

Drawing of a cone-shaped pop-up with an O-ring and an umbrella above it, which covers the other components for protection

Pop-Up, O-Ring and umbrella

The pop-up and O-ring close the vessel for pressurisation and are protected by the umbrella.

Drawing of a two-part locking ring consisting of a ring with a larger diameter and a second funnel-like ring that can be inserted into the larger one and fastened with screws

Two-part locking ring

Makes maintenance and replacement of parts quicker and easier.

Drawing of an elongated compressed air distributor with several inlets and outlets

Compressed air distributor

Distributes the pressure and thus also the blasting material in pots with several outlets.

Drawing of a spray bottle to symbolise the possibility of coating the surface of a container

In-house coating

We paint your vessel according to our standard or to your desired RAL colour.
