Sustainability at eferest

At eferest, we are actively involved in sustainable and responsible corporate governance. Our commitment encompasses ecological, economic and social aspects in order to continuously improve our environmental footprint and that of our customers and suppliers.

Ecological responsibility

  • Photovoltaic systems:
    By using photovoltaic systems, we can demonstrably reduce our electricity requirements by more than 35%. This is an important step towards reducing our CO2 footprint.
  • Digitalisation and modern processes:
    Thanks to a modern ERP system, our work is largely paperless and efficient. This makes a significant contribution to conserving resources.
  • Sustainable vehicle fleet:
    To further reduce our CO2 emissions, we have integrated bicycles, 
    e-scooters and e-cars into our vehicle fleet.

Our ecological commitment was recognised in 2019 with the ‘Ökoprofit Siegerland’ certificate, which confirms our sustainable actions and our contribution to environmental protection.
